Here are the Virtues and their accompanying Affirmations
Week 1 — Hope: “I will hold onto hope when times are tough; I will encourage others who lack hope.”
Week 2 — Faith: “I have faith things will work out. He will help me when I reach out to him.”
Week 3 — Wisdom: “I will continuallly seek knowledge and wisdom, and be teachable in the things I need to learn.”
Week 4 — Humility: “There but for the grace of God go I; I need you/you need me, we both need God.”
Week 5 — Repentance: “I will take responsibility for error and wrongdoing, I choose to grow and change and become the best version of myself.”
Week 6 — Patience: “I will ‘be still’ and listen, realizing his plan for me will be revealed in time.”
Week 7 — Morality: “I will seek to understand true principles, virtue and natural law. They are the blueprint of our Universe.”
Week 8 — Self-Mastery: “I choose to develop virtue in my life, doing so results in peace and joy, and serves to strengthen my identity and character.”
Week 9 — Courage: “I can stand up, lean in and speak out, especially in a cause that’s just.”
Week 10 — Forgiveness: “I choose to forgive, to be set free; then follows the promised blessings of peace and joy.”
Week 11 — Gratitude: “I am thankful for ________________. I count myself rich when considering all my blessings.”
Week 12 — Compassion: “I will choose to help someone in distress, for they are part of our human family.”
